In the church yard of Apostle Luke church is the old primary school, adjoined to the old medieval olive mill. It is a single roomed, rectangular building, which operated until 1930. The school as well as the traditional medieval olive mill, located on a lower level were restored from the Archaeology Department with the donation of the Anastasios G. Leventis Foundation.
